I am 17 ( or under) can I still get a suit?
Sorry we don’t work with minors. Parents cannot cosign. You must be 18 and over. Photo ID is required at the end of all sales contracts.
What do you charge?
A guideline of our base prices can be found here.
Keep in mind that these prices are for simple suits and many factors can cause a suit to be higher in price.
How much is shipping?
Shipping to the United States is included in all quote requests. International shipping will be calculated and due upon completion, and runs $50-$100 depending on the weight of the suit and the destination.
Do I need a reference sheet?
Yes! A reference sheet is critical to getting your character just right. If you do not have a reference sheet, we will not create one for you. You can easily find free templates such as these and color them digitally using Photoshop or another program.
How do I pay?
First you have to contact us while we are open for quotes with your request and let us get back to you. Once we have agreed on a final price, we will give you a completion date that fits your needs and you can then send your 30% deposit. The rest of the payment is due before shipping.
What method of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Money order, or cashiers check. If you are local we can discuss cash.
What about paypal fees?
We pay all PayPal fees. It is stated in their contract that as a business we are responsible for paying these. The fees are small and we are happy to do this because they of the great service they offer. We do however accept tips if you wish to cover these fees for us!
Do I have to pay in full up front?
No! We are happy to offer payment plans on full suits and partials. We do require a 30% non-refundable deposit, but the rest of the money is due before shipment. We can discuss payment plans. We request 4 equal payments, or one lump sum before completion.
What if I cannot finish paying for my suit?
If we have not purchased anything for your suit, we will consider refunding your deposit, minus any fees. If we have already purchased materials or started your suit, we will refund anything over your 30% deposit and will alter the character and sell the suit as a generic character. If you still want to pay for your suit, but are just having a hard time, keep us informed! We don’t mind bumping you back. This will change your completion date, and we will stop work on your suit, but you can take longer to finish paying. We will not ship out a suit that has not been paid in full.
Do you offer a warranty with your suits?
We offer a 30 day warranty on anything that is defective, or doesn’t fit right. If damaged has been caused by the owner, we will not repair it. Customer pays for shipping to us, we will cover return shipping.
I sent you a quote request. That means I’m in right?
Not exactly! We need to get back to you, decide on a final price, and we need to receive your 30% deposit before you officially have a spot in our queue.
How do I reserve a completion date?
Once we have decided on a design and a final price, we need to know when you need the suit done by! Do you have a convention coming up? Or maybe a birthday you’d like to have it by? We try to work with everyone to meet their goal as long as it is reasonable.

Can you teach me how to make a fursuit?
Unfortunately, there are so many steps involved in making a fursuit, we could not possibly go over them in one tutorial. It takes a lot of experience and time to get good at making these costumes. A great resource to those who want to start making their own costumes, is http://fursuit.livejournal.com/
What is a duct tape dummy?
A Duct tape dummy (DTD) is a custom copy of your own body! This makes tailoring a body suit to your exact measurements possible.

NSFW stands for Not Safe For Work. So our refs cannot show genitalia. They must be G rated. If you wouldn't be comfortable showing it to your grandma, we don't want to see it either.

Can I use Skype to contact you?
Sorry we are not interested in having Skype conversations. We are very busy both as makers and parents and don't have time to sit and chat sorry! If you have questions about our suits you can ask them on our email and we will get back soon as possible.
I have pet allergies, do you have pets?
Yes we do own both cats and dogs, and they do like to hang out with us in our workroom.
If you have severe allergies, this may be a concern for you.
How do I see out of the heads?
Because we only do toony eyes, you see directly out of the masks eyes. We use a durable mesh material for the colored portion that provides ventilation and vision.
What do I wear under the suit?
Since we do not line any part of our suits except the head, we highly recommend wearing a Spandex body suit. Under Armor makes excellent long sleeved shirts and leggings that are made to keep you cooler. Be sure to check the temperature guide though. The “heat gear” is actually made to keep you cool, while the “ColdGear” is meant to keep you warm.
Do you install fans/cooling packs?
At this time we do not install fans in the heads, or anywhere else. We do not know enough about wiring to feel safe putting electrical components near your face.
I’ve seen a suit at a convention I like. Will you make one just like it?
We do not/cannot make replicas of other suits. We encourage you to be creative in the design process! We can also do “artistic freedom” commissions, in which you give us just a bit of information (usually the species, and colors you like) and we create an original design for you out of our own minds! This can sometimes encourage us to include extras in your suit if we think it would enhance the outcome, for free!
I really like a cartoon character. Will you make a suit for me?
We do not do unoriginal characters of any kind for legal reasons, and because we find creativity to be so much more fun! So this means no Pokemon, Digimon, Road Rovers, My Little Ponies, or any other character not belonging to you.
Do you send progress pictures?
Yes! We love sending pictures of progress we’ve made in all stages of your suit! We love getting feedback to make sure we’re creating exactly what you want. Keep in mind, progress pictures are generally rough, and do not show the finished outcome of the suit.
I would like a movable jaw. Can you do that?
Sorry, we do not offer moveable jaws at this time. We also do not offer glass eyes, or taxidermy jaw sets as it does not fit in with our current style of work.
There’s a suit I like in your gallery can you make me one?
All characters belong to their owners and cannot be duplicated.
Are you able to make a suit head that can accommodate someone who wears glasses?
Yes we are able to do that! The head can be made with toony or 3D eyes too! We give enough space for lenses and also have a zipper behind the head to make it easier to slip the head on.
What material is used in the padding for your digitigrade legs?
The padding is soft pillows filled with polyfil and attach to your body suit.
Do you sell foam bases?
No we don’t.
Do I need to send my shoes?
We don’t need shoes! Can slip in our very own.
I found a fur I like online can you use that on my suit?
We do all our fur shopping locally. We try not buy any of our fur through online sites due to unreliability. If you insist on a specific fur only located online, you will incur the extra charges for the fur.
How long do the suits usually last for? A couple years?
Suits last 1-5 years depending on the care and maintenance on the suit. A well cared for suit will last much longer than one that is rarely washed/cleaned/brushed properly.
Can I upgrade my partial suit to a full suit?
Upgrading to a full suit is available. We would require a DTD once the time comes. Most of our body suits start at $600 and can go higher depending on the complexity of the design. Fur colors are not guaranteed to match as dye lots can change frequently.
How do I wash my body suit?
Throw that beast in the washing machine!
We are very confident in our sewing, and the body suit will be fine. If you have suit padding, take it out first.
Can I put my suit in the dryer?
You can. As long as the dryer has a NO HEAT setting. Faux fur is made of plastic and any heat will melt this plastic and your suit will be ruined.
We prefer to simply hang up the suit, and let it air dry with a fan, brushing it gently with a slicker brush during and after drying.
How do I clean my hands/feet?
Any and all information on cleaning and disinfecting a head (or any other part of the suit) can be found here
When and how should I brush my fursuit?
When brushing make sure to brush down pull away and repeat. Make sure not to brush viciously as it will damage the back and make bald spots. Simply brush when you realize "I look like a mess."
